Notice Description

Health Education England (HEE) is responsible for delivering major healthcare transformational priorities of which there are varying sizes of projects and programmes of complexity. We seek to adopt the usage of an efficient centralised tool that brings the organisations Portfolio into management cohesion and ensure governance oversight of our projects and programmes across the HEE landscape. Project Driver The main project drivers are as follows: *There is need for effective Portfolio Management in HEE and this requires a combination of processes, software and skills to manage the collection of programmes and projects that bring the greatest contribution to the delivery of objectives and management of people and money resources. *HEE is charged with delivering major healthcare transformational priorities (projects) of which there are varying sizes and complex challenges underpinning the delivery. *As we grow as an organisation, there is a need to expand user numbers. There is therefore now a requirement for an Enterprise model arrangement. One that brings the greatest benefit in terms of cost savings and flexibility for change during any agreed contract period. *The HEE PfMO office is requiring a projects portfolio management tool for ensuring governance oversight of the organisations projects and programmes across the HEE landscape.
