Cloud Software (SAAS) that enable online forms to be designed and published via portals or other websites Additional information: The breakdown of the Charges is per year for the initial two-year term. Service Designer/Customer Portal/Staff Portal PS26,650 Shared Services Portal (up to 100 external users) PS8,625 Payment Connector (Capita 360) PS1,150 Total PS36,425 ____________________________________________ One time set-up fee Shared Services Portal (up to 100 external users) PS2,250 Per our G-Cloud 12 Terms and Conditions, assuming that the scope of work remains the same after the initial term, the cost of the solution will be increased in the extension periods via G-Cloud 12. The uplift will be in line with the rate of inflation, in accordance with the Services Producer Price Inflation (SPPI) of the Office of National Statistics. Any change of rates will be confirmed by Granicus, prior to an agreement to extend the initial term.
