Arts Council England are looking to procure the Enghouse Interactive Contact Centre solution to be integrated with our existing Cisco Call Manager system, thereby replacing our existing UCCX system. The Enghouse solution will be used to handle customer interaction across a number of channels, including telephone, email and web chat. Additional information: Documents are available via the Bravo Solutions e-tendering platform. URL given below. All bids must be submitted through this portal. All queries regarding this event should also be submitted via the portals message board. If you have difficulties accessing the portal then you should contact the Bravo helpline. The number is on the portals welcome page. The maximum contract value including VAT must not exceed PS40,000 in the first contract year and PS55,000 over the full contract duration of 4 years.
