Notice Description

The Contracting Authority (NHS Essex Integrated Care Board) has awarded a Direct Award call off ( for provision of Patient Check in Screens for GP Surgeries) under Crown Commercial Service RM6098 - Technology Products & Associated Services 2 (TePAS 2), Lot 1 (Hardware, Software and Associated Services), in accordance with Framework Schedule 7 (Call Off Award Procedure) and Regulation 33 PCR 2015 in accordance with the Framework Guidance and Rules. The service shall support patient self check in, reduce administrative burden on reception staff, improve patient experience, and ensure safe interoperability with clinical systems and NHS digital standards The scope of this service includes: SystmOne Patient Check In Screens (inc 5 Year Support & Warranty) Wall Mounted Installation Desk Mounted Installation Floor Standing Mount Installation The contract commences 01st April 2026 and expires 31st March 2031 for 5 years. The aggregate contract value awarded is PS267,283.62 (excl. VAT) and PS320740.34 incl. VAT This Contract Award Notice is being published in accordance with the requirements for sub-central contracting authorities, NHS Trusts and NHS Foundation Trusts where the contract value is at least PS30,000 inclusive of VAT in accordance with the Public Contract Regulations 2015, which govern the Framework Agreement his Call-Off Contract is associated with.
