Notice Description
Southend-on-Sea Borough Council is looking for a Supplier to develop circular economy business cases, that will focus on the recycling of Commercial & Industrial plastics, To develop and implement 4 mini plastic recycling hubs, including the operational aspect, that will be used to collect materials identified in the business cases. Ideally these hubs will be sited in Southend schools and business premises. Implement an engagement, education, and behaviour change programme, focusing on plastic recycling and the circular economy. Procurement Documents can be accessed via: https://procurement.southend.gov.uk/southend/portal.nsf/index.htm The deadline for receipt of clarification requests is 15:00 hours on Friday 6 August 2021. The deadline for submission of completed tender responses is: 15:00 hours on Thursday 19 August 2021.
