Outdoor Playground, Fitness & Sports Facilities Further Competition Lot 9 Wetpour Rubber Surfacing - AWARD
Notice Description
Outdoor Playground, Fitness & Sports Facilities Further Competition Lot 9 Wetpour Rubber Surfacing Tenderers are required to submit prices for the 7 playgrounds listed on the attached supporting documentation. The prices submitted should be broken down to provide a cost for each individual item/area within each park as some areas may need to be deleted from the schedule of works to keep within allocated budget. All bids must be inclusive of the following requirements: o Take up, removal and disposal of all original existing safety surface material and all associated waste. o Supply and lay wetpour safety surface in black o Supply and lay wetpour safety surface in colour as an alternative costing o Provide on-site welfare facilities as required o Supply and maintain 1.8 metre Herras security fencing as required o Include for clearance of weed growth o Please allow for a full on-site survey for all areas to check wetpour depths and areas. Further to ensure awareness of access points, entrance security and distances on site. Site photographs and pricing schedule are included in attached supporting documentation accompanying this Invitation to Tender. The Council will be using the In-tend e-Tendering System for this Procurement exercise, please visit https://in-tendhost.co.uk/sandwellmbc to access the Sandwell MBC In-tend Supplier Portal. From here you will be able to register your company, express an interest in the opportunity, and gain immediate access to Quotation or other related documents. To submit a quotation you will be required to 'Opt In'. For a Step by Step user guide to the Sandwell MBC In-tend Supplier Portal please click on the 'Guidance for Suppliers' section of the website. All procurement responses must be carried out via the Sandwell MBC In-tend Supplier Portal.
