The appointed contractor is expected to deliver the project to prescribed timescales and quality as outlined within the tendering information. The Halifax Borough Market is a "live" market hall and should not be hindered or disrupted in any way by these works. Site visits are a condition of tendering and dates will be published via the messaging portal.
