Gloucestershire County Council Provision of Garden Waste Treatment Description: Gloucestershire County Council is seeking tenders for the provision and operation of a garden waste (Contract Waste) treatment service, in four separate lots, bidders may bid for one or more lots. Bidders will be required to provide a treatment and bulking and haulage (if required) service; the use of sub-contractors is acceptable for any part of the service.
