Please visit www.YORtender.co.uk to view the relevant documentation and apply for this opportunity. The Council is looking for an experienced supplier to implement a new management information system to replace the existing system for Kirklees Adult & Community Learning (KACL). The Council receives funding from the Education and Funding Agency (ESFA) for the delivery of Community Learning and Adult Education Budget. The activity is commissioned annually to external learning providers to provide learning in local communities. In addition there is a small element of internal delivery. In the 2017/18 academic year there were a total of 9 external providers, varying from private training providers to small third sector organisations. Across the academic year activity is delivered to approximately 1000 learners generating approximately 1,200 enrolments.
