NHS Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent Integrated Care Board RFQ for People's Panel
Notice Description
NHS Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent Integrated Care Board (ICB) is seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced providers to support the ongoing maintenance and delivery of the People's panel. The successful bidder will be expected to work to develop a People's panel that is representative of the 1.2m population of Staffordshire and Stoke on Trent. This will be achieved by the following objectives: * Ensure there is broad geographical representation across Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent (this information will be provided by the ICB) * Maintain and refresh a representative panel of volunteer Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent citizens who wish to be engaged on our work to transform local health and care. This participation will primarily be in the form of regular online surveys, with the option of holding face-to-face focus groups twice a year with panel members to support detailed discussions to inform new models of care and understand experiences of health and care services * Develop and deliver at least six planned People's Panel surveys per 12-month period, with analysis and reporting per survey. Surveys are anticipated to be scheduled for May, July, September, November, January and March, but timescales may be subject to change * Maintain regular dialogue between the ICB and/or ICS partners and the People's Panel, and with the wider community about the impact of responses to surveys will also be shared with panel members, as well as on the ICB website * Recruit new members while maintaining the representation of the population, including those who may not have previously participated in opportunities to be involved in the shaping of health and care services * Encourage active participation as a member of the People's Panel, by developing effective communications and messaging to generate interest in completing surveys and submissions of completed surveys. The ICB is seeking to award one contract for a period of two years with an option to extend for a further two years at the Commissioner's discretion. The new contract will have a financial threshold of PS40,000.00 per annum which is inclusive of VAT where applicable. The Commissioner reserves the right to reject bids that exceed this threshold. Closing dates for receipt of bids via Atamis is 13th January 2025 at 1pm. Bidder clarifications can be asked up to 6th January 2025 1pm.
