It is part of the Councils Civic building but has a separate entrance and exit. It was previously used as a bank and has recently been operating as a meanwhile space providing a daytime cafe and a live music events venue in the evening. It lends itself to continue to provide a day and night-time offer of this kind and any operator will need to ensure social value and community wealth outcomes.
