Notice Title
Hammersmith & Fulham Repairs and Maintenance Early Engagement
Notice Description
London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham is conducting a market engagement exercise to test the market for suppliers to undertake general repairs and maintenance works to its 17,000 homes and works to Voids. This is expected to be a 15-month JCT 2016 Measured Term Contract of approximately PS7.5m split into three geographical Lots. Hammersmith and Fulham plans to have this service in place by mid April 2019 and procurement timescales have therefore been reduced to almost the minimum. As such we are hosting an open pre-engagement session on the procurement of this interim repairs solution. We will outline to attendees our short term and long-term procurement plans for the repairs and maintenance service. Due to the limited timescales for the procurement we have tried to simplify our approach. To ensure bidders have all the relevant information we will discuss some of the particular aspects of the opportunity including how the works have been scoped, the value of the individual lots, specific requirements regarding IT and specifically interfaces with the Council's Northgate housing system. The commercial model will be demonstrated, the quality questions shared and timescales on the contract mobilisation discussed so bidders have clear expectations of the service and tender process. The event will take place on the 20.11.2018 in the Courtyard Room at Hammersmith Town Hall, King Street, London, W6 9JU. The event will begin at 14:30 and is expected to end at 17:00. If you wish to attend please RSVP to Emma.Lucas@lbhf.gov.uk by 16 November, 17:00.
