The following are pertinent to this Soft Market Testing: The City wants to provide an innovative and dynamic management information and online booking solution for its Adult learners and Apprentices and is interested in your view of what that should look like, including potential models. For the avoidance of doubt, this engagement is for the purpose of conducting a Soft Market Testing and will not formally begin the procurement or constitute any commitment by the City of London Corporation to undertake any procurement exercise.
