Facilities Support Officer Rate of Pay: ?10.83 (PAYE) Hours: 37 Location: Various locations across the borough of Sandwell Start Date: ASAP Contract type: Agency Job Description and Personnel Specification are attached, which also provides more information above the role. Brief description: Working within the Facilities Management team to provide a premise management support service across the office accommodation portfolio, to ensure a safe and operational environment for all employees and public using the establishments which consist of offices, Town Halls and public space. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following characteristics: o Previous experience working in facilities is desirable but not essential / estates management and building supervisor role. o Knowledge of Premise Management requirements in respect of Health & Safety, Security systems and alarm proto calls is desirable but not essential o Experience and knowledge and the ability to carry out a range of building maintenance and DIY tasks o Ability to organise and prioritise your own workload whilst working alone or as part of team o Ability to work flexible hours Hours of Work: Week 1 Monday to Thursday Flexible hours to be worked between 6.30am - 2.00pm and 1:30pm on Friday Week 2 Monday to Thursday Flexible Hours to be worked between 1.30pm -9.00pm and 8:30 pm on Friday There may also be a requirement to work additional weekend hours on an ad hoc basis This role falls inside of IR35 Please can the agencies send over a CV, 2x up to date references and a copy of Terms and Conditions. You will also need to include your agency on cost details to each submission. Stated rates must be inclusive of all known costs.
