The supply of swabbing kits for self- administration to GP referred / authorised patients and the provision of test results to those patients. Additional information: The total contract is for a period of 5 years, initial 2 year term plus 2-year and 1-year potential extensions (2+2+1) The ceiling price for this contract will not exceed PS400k (inc VAT) per annum for a maximum contract of five years or until the maximum value of PS1.9m (inc VAT) is consumed. This contract is demand led and capped by available budget, a contract with a zero-value commitment.
