The North Yorkshire Coast Opportunity Area is one of the 12 areas identified by the government in 2016 as a social mobility "cold spot". The Department for Education is prioritising resource in this and 11 other areas across the country to bring local and national partners together to improve social mobility for children and young people, including those from disadvantaged backgrounds. Information about North Yorkshire Coast Opportunity Area is available at https://northyorkshirecoastoa.co.uk/ The North Yorkshire Coast Opportunity Area is looking for an Event Management Co-ordinator to assist running a programme of events across the week for parents, teachers and pupils, both in schools and wider community spaces. To access the bid documents you must register your organisation details on the YORtender (ProContract) system at https://procontract.due-north.com/Login/ by creating a username, password and company profile. To view details of this opportunity click on the Find Opportunities icon within the Opportunities section. Select North Yorkshire County Council from the Organisations drop down in the filter section and click Update. The Opportunity should then be displayed on the page. Alternatively use the Find Opportunities icon and - change the All Data drop down to Reference Number in the search drop down; - enter the contract ID: DN372723; - click Go, and the details of this contract should be displayed.
