GB-Watford: Out of Hours Call Handling Services
Notice Description
Tenders are to be invited to provide an emergency call handling service to the council outside office hours, and to provide a point of contact for a business continuity incident when the council's contact centre telephony cannot operate for whatever reason. The requirement is to also provide a lone worker monitoring service for Council staff if required. This is an open tender with all documents linked to the advertisement. The requirement is for 2 years with an option to extend for a further 2 years. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. All tender information is contained within the Delta Portal and linked to the advert.
