The requirement is for Financial Management Services and advice in support of the delivery of the Children's and Young Person's Institute and Douglas Bennett House planning and implementation. And, as it directly relates to the realisation of these two projects, We publish all our open sourcing requirements via the "Health Family Single eCommercial System" portal. https://health-family.force.com/s/Welcome This is used by many organisations across the NHS and wider Health System to manage tendering and contract management activity.
