Notice Description

NHS South West London Clinical Commissioning Group (the CCG) is acting for itself and for CCGs across London to run a project to increase the use and documentation of urgent care plans on Coordinate My Care (CMC). PS200k funding is budgeted to secure time limited clinical and engagement leadership. A carefully project managed approach to educate and support clinicians, relevant administrators and managers across London is required. The aim is to leverage the benefit for CMC by increased urgent care planning and documentation thereof on CMC to support the care to patients who access unplanned NHS health services in London. Further details are provided within the attached draft project summary paper. The CCG is inviting expressions of interest now, from suitably experienced and capable providers, able to establish credible networking solutions to implement this critical education across the London health landscape. Additional information: ***TO EXPRESS YOUR INTEREST and TO ENGAGE with the CCG about this opportunity, you are invited to COMPLETE AND RETURN the attached Market Engagement Questionnaire (MEQ) by email to: Murrae.Tolson@swlondon.nhs.uk ***PLEASE RESPOND NOT LATER THAN Monday 1st June 2020 with the email subject heading "Market Engagement Response - CMC in London". Participation in this engagement exercise is not a mandatory requirement for participating in any potential future procurement however, responses received will assist to inform the Commissioner as to the level of interest from the market and will be used to evidence a decision as to whether or not to undertake a competitive procurement and what process will be most appropriate to award a contract.
