The Royal Borough of Kingston Upon Thames Council would like to invite potential Partners including SMEs to express interest to participate in this soft market testing exercise. The Council has an existing contract for the provision of Housing repairs and maintenance which commenced from 1st April 2014 and is due to expire 31st March 2024. The Council is currently exploring its recommissioning options for the future delivery model of these services including capital improvement associated works. The purpose of this soft market engagement is to inform us of the level of interest from the market sector. It will offer you an opportunity to hear more about the vision of the Council and wider strategic priorities and in turn, the Council will invite your views on service delivery that will inform how we shape the final procurement strategy and specification. Further information Soft Market Engagement Pack is provided which can be downloaded via the E Tender portal under the project title DN667595 Soft Market Testing Housing Repairs Maintenance and Capital Programme. Please can you confirm your availability via the E Tender portal by 12 00 Noon on Tuesday 2nd May 2023, to attend the virtual soft market event on Wednesday 3rd May 2023 at 3 00pm.
