Notice Description

London Borough of Lambeth Council (the Authority) is inviting Suppliers/Contractors to tender for the provision of a one stop shop New ICT Leisure Management System through an open competitive procedure. The purpose of this system is to streamline and enhance the management of leisure facilities, activities, and services provided by Lambeth Council through seamless integration with existing IT infrastructure, provide a user-friendly interface to both staff and customers. The contract is for an initial 4 year / 48-month period with an option for extension up to a further 2 years / 24-months, at the Authority's discretion (4+1+1). The Invitation to tender pack and Associated documents is available for all eligible qualified suppliers to access and download. Please read the tender pack carefully as non-compliance with the instructions contained in the documents may result in exclusion of a Tender from this Open Competition.
