a feasibility study to identify the preferred location for a football hub on the Brentwood Centre site to include any required surveys to support any planning application, options for the building and facility mix and identify any expected income from hire and opportunities for secondary income opportunities. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
