The London Borough of Southwark, through its Youth Justice Service (YJS), is planning to procure a Youth Justice Case Management System (CMS) to replace the existing system provided by Capita Business Systems. This procurement process, in the form of a Request for Quote (RFQ), aims to meet the Youth Justice Board (YJB) standards, deliver services in line with national standards, and share information with statutory partners. The engagement end date for interested suppliers is on 1st March 2024, with a focus on software packages and information systems in the health and social work services category.

Businesses with experience in developing compliance-driven systems for youth justice operations and data recording requirements are well-suited to participate in this procurement process. The contract value is set at £80,000 GBP, with a single delivery address specified in England, United Kingdom, indicating a localised service provision requirement.
