1. The Authority has a requirement for Support and Maintenance which includes: a. Hardware Support and replacement if needed. b. Software support is required from LogRhythm via our support portal, email or telephone. Available 24x7 with a 4 hour response time. c. Weekly Knowledgebase updates, minor and major software updates throughout the length of the contract. Commencement of the new support contract will be 30/9/20 2. The Authority has a requirement for 10 LogRhythm Professional Service Days each year to: a. Help create log-parsing policies for new source types that LogRhythm do not currently support. b. Help to configure the application to best suit DVLA environment. c. Support Cyber Security with onboarding of new log source types that are not currently supported by LogRhythm and configure the application to best suit DVLA environment. d. Resolve any issues Cyber Security may have with the LogRhythm system.
