Summary of the contracting process

The National Army Museum is currently in the planning stage of a procurement process for "Video and AV Support to Presentations." This tender involves the production of digital content across various museum departments in London, with an emphasis on filming, editing, and providing audio-visual support for projects such as family learning videos, educational films, and virtual tours. Key deadlines include an engagement end date of 27 August 2021. The procurement follows a tender initiation type, focusing on a call-off contract structure that requires potential suppliers to submit both daily and hourly rates for their services.

This tender presents significant opportunities for businesses in the audio and visual production industry, particularly those offering services related to film and video production, editing, and technical support. Companies with experience in creating digital content for cultural and educational institutions will be particularly well-suited to compete for this contract. The National Army Museum seeks to establish a long-term relationship with a provider capable of delivering consistent quality across a range of projects, making this a valuable opportunity for SMEs in the creative sector.
