As part of the Nottingham Castle Museum & Art Gallery project, we require a Contractor to deliver an immersive interactive experience for the new Robin Hood gallery.These will require strong editorial, high production values and seamless technical execution. We require a Contractor to deliver a series of AV assets - working with the Nottingham Castle team throughout pre-production, production, post-production and implementation to ensure the work meets the included brief and fulfils the broader aims. The scope of this contract includes: - Pre-production development, scripting and storyboarding of all elements - Opportunities for client input on the above - Full production and post-production work of all elements - Delivery of final high-quality assets in appropriate formats for AV material - Advice on implementation - Assistance with implementation - including ensuring AV syncing works seamlessly - Handover documentation/scripts - Staff training for those involved in delivering this experience - 12-month warranty support for final elements of interactive experience from the opening of the new exhibition.
