Notice Description
The provision of an Externally Hosted Card Management and Host Operator or Processing System(s) and Associated Services for Derbyshire County Council and Derby City Council. The Contract shall be for 7 years from the Acceptance Date, but with an option for either Party to terminate for convenience, with 6 months' prior written notice, any time on or after 3 1/2 years after the Acceptance Date.
