Crucially, the platform uses Natural Language Processing (NPL) and Machine Learning (ML) to reduce call-volumes whilst also improving the efficiency, cost effectiveness and customer satisfaction of your customer-service(s). We also provide key management information, allowing you to continuously improve performance. The features of the platform include: * Real time automation of customer service interaction(s) and processes. * Data visualisation, real time reporting and the collection of key management information. * A Chatbot that uses knowledge-based generation and predefined NLP frameworks. This includes the innovative use of NLP to improve and broaden responses to customers. * The use of ML to maximise efficiency and mitigate the recurrence of errors. * Continuous monitoring of agent's responses so that they are in-built for future interactions. *
