Mhs homes is seeking to procure works to undertake the completion of Cyclical Dwellings to various houses, bungalows and garages within the Medway Towns and outlying areas. The works which will be carried out in fully occupied properties comprise of external repairs & maintenance (ERP) and cyclical external decoration works to various properties and garages including boundary and retaining walls.
