Wyre Forest District Council wish to appoint a Contractor to undertake a due diligence check associated with establishing a property and asset development based Local Authority Trading Company (LATC) to ensure that the model is fit for the purposes for which the LATC is intended, that it is financially and legally compliant and to undertake financial modelling to support the final business case for the Council to proceed to establish the LATC.
