Notice Description

The City of London Corporation (the City) invites Tenders for the provision of Public Relations Contract for Tower Bridge & The Monument. The successful bidder will use various public relations methods to generate positive publicity for Tower Bridge and The Monument (with the majority of time to be dedicated to Tower Bridge). They will ensure Tower Bridge and The Monument maintain a positive public perception throughout the year and that all avenues for promotion are fully utilized as part of a comprehensive PR plan. The main focus of this contract is to make visitors aware that Tower Bridge and The Monument exist as tourist and cultural destinations that can be entered and explored, rather than just viewed from the outside; and, of course, building brand awareness following the recent Tower Bridge re branding. The duration of the contract is 2 years, subject to the right of the City (at its sole discretion) to exercise its right to extend the Contract by up to 24 months in two 12-month increments.
