Notice Description

The Council is inviting tenders for the refurbishment of the existing Council Chamber and the installation of a new passenger lift. The works include the Council Chamber; the stairwell serving the chamber; the installation of a new lift serving the basement, ground floor, chamber level and first floor level; the refurbishment of the ladies and gents toilets; and the provision of a changing room in the basement level. The works will take place at: Oaklands Building Oaklands Road Haywards Heath RG16 1SS The Council is undertaking an open procurement process under the Council's Procurement Code. Additional information: This tender is to be completed electronically using the SE Shared Services Procurement eSourcing portal. https://www.sesharedservices.org.uk/esourcing/opportunities The SE Shared Services eSourcing portal provides a web-based tool that provides a simple, secure and efficient means for managing tendering and quotation activities reducing the time and effort required for both buyers and Potential Bidders.
