We are seeking to commission the supply of the following data: * Automated Valuation Model (AVM) and Automated Rental Valuation Model (ARVM) * Housing Characteristics * Transactions * Emerging Areas of Housing Demand Additional information: The opportunity can be accessed via the Homes England eTendering system.
