DE&S ENTERPRISE RISK MANAGEMENT TOOL

Other additional information: The Authority reserves the right to amend any condition related to security of information to reflect any changes in national law or government policy. If any contract documents are accompanied by instructions on safeguarding classified information (e.g. a Security Aspects Letter), the Authority reserves the right to amend the terms of these instructions to reflect any changes in national law or government policy, whether in respect of the applicable protective marking scheme, specific protective markings given, the aspects to which any protective marking applies, or otherwise. The link below to the Gov.uk website provides information on the Government Security Classification. https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/government-security-classifications Advertising Regime OJEU:- This contract opportunity is published in the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU),the MoD Defence Contracts Bulletin and www.contracts.mod.uk Defence Equipment & Support (DE&S) is a bespoke trading entity, an arm's length body of the Ministry of Defence. It manages a vast range of complex projects supporting all the equipment and services that the Royal Navy, British Army and Royal Air Force need to operate effectively. The current Risk Management tool will shortly become unsupported and DE&S is looking to engage with the market to procure an Enterprise Risk Management tool. This Prior Information Notice (PIN) has been issued to invite potential suppliers to meet with DE&S to help us develop our requirement and identify whether there are COTS products already in existence able to meet that requirement. The COTS solution should have a capability to operate in the SECRET environment, in compliance with JSP 892 and DE&S processes. Any suppliers who feel their COTS product would be capable of delivering a Risk Management Tool in a large and complex organisation such as DE&S (as briefly described above) are welcome to attend. The market engagement will take the form of one-hour face to face sessions where the supplier will be able to discuss their product and how it can meet the above requirement. PLEASE NOTE product demonstrations are not required and will not be allowed at this time. The sessions will be held at the DE&S Head Office, MoD Abbey Wood, Bristol BS34 8JH on the 3rd and 5th September 2019. Suppliers wishing to attend should register by sending an email to: Ryan.Miller731@mod.gov.uk on or before 30th August 2019. Your email should include: 1. PIN Release Number: CCDT/577, 2. A nominated single point of contact detailing: a. Full Name, b. Date of Birth, c. Nationality, d. Post Title, e. Job Role, f. Security vetting details including reference and expiration date (if held), g. Contact Details, h.
