NDA only - Provision of Radioplayer Services RFQ
Notice Description
Radioplayer is a collaborative radio platform, owned and operated (on a non-profit basis) by broadcasters including the BBC and the major commercial radio groups. Our mission is to keep radio listening simple on connected devices, and we do this by encouraging broadcasters to 'share technology, and compete on content'. Radioplayer started in the UK in 2011, as a common browser-player aimed at improving the radio experience on personal computers. Since then, we've launched on several other platforms including mobile, smart speakers, and cars, and we've established a reputation as a R&D centre for the international radio industry. Radioplayer has rolled out in 7 markets beyond the UK, run as a local non-profit operation in each country. We co-ordinate this through Radioplayer Worldwide. The scope of this commission falls into four main categories with overlaps across each. A)INFRASTRUCTURE SUPPORT & MAINTENANCE B) SOFTWARE SUPPORT AND DEVELOPMENT C) INTERNATIONAL DEPLOYMENT D) PLATFORM RE-DEVELOPMENT Additional information: This Tender Document is being made available only to parties who have signed and returned the Non-Disclosure Agreement in a form provided by Radioplayer and Bidders are therefore bound by that Non-Disclosure Agreement in respect of all information contained herein.
