Plymouth City Council is seeking tenders for electoral registration and elections printing, including letters, forms, envelopes and postage. It is intended to utilise fit for purpose electoral registration and elections printing service solution to realise our objective of centralising printing activity, where this is cost effective, and to make operational efficiencies within the electoral services team where possible.
