Notice Description

The Technical Services Department (TSD) maintains the entire infrastructure at LLAOL and the successful suppliers will need to work with a partnership approach to effectively fulfil the maintenance, works and small project requirements across the building portfolio at LLAOL. This requirement is for a Framework agreement for the future purchase of electrical goods, services and projects on the LLAOL site for a period of five years. This Tender is a Zero Value Framework with no contractual commitment by LLAOL. This framework will benefit the business with repairs being carried out in a timely and cost-effective manner. Additional information: Prospective contractors must be able to demonstrate previous experience of similar work and be prepared to provide references. Applications are welcome from single organisations or consortia from the public, private and voluntary/community sector.
