Notice Description

The project consists of 175 New Build Residential units over 5 blocks with 4 commercial units to the ground floors. Piled foundations, RC frames and different envelope types. The project duration is 140 weeks, start date is 3rd November 2020 with anticipated completion on 30th March 2022. Claritas Group is the Construction Manager and any successful Contract will be let between Medway Council and the Trade Contractor. This opportunity is for the appointment of a Groundworks and RC Frame Contractor. The scope of works will include, but not be limited to the supply, offloading, distribution and installation of the drainage, utilities, groundworks and the RC Frame to all 5 blocks and the basement.
