NOTE: This notice was updated on 28 October 2021 for the following reason: Deadline for return of tender date has been extended by 3 weeks to the 29 November at 12:00 Noon(To carry out the following, but not limited to, works on the Cedars, North Walsham, Norfolk:- External redecoration of timber windows, partial replacement of roof coverings, replacement of rainwater downpipes, internal alterations and refurbishments, remedial work to heating and electrical installations, essential repair to outbuildings. The Buildings and the perimeter wall are Grade II Listed) Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. Please note that there are site visits arranged for Monday 25 October 2021 at 10:00 please meet on site. Please use the messaging facility to confirm attendance.
