Supplier Market Engagement Event - Tower Hamlets Homes
Notice Description
Tower Hamlets Homes are procuring the following contracts for which a Supplier Market Engagement Event will be held. Date: 10/12/2019 Venue: Tower Hamlets Homes City Reach, 5 Greenwich View, London E14 9NN Time: 10:00 - 12:30 We would appreciate attendance from interested suppliers for the following contracts: 1. THH5586 Repairs, Maintenance and Minor planned works Term contract (10 years) 2. THH5584 Domestic Heating (servicing, planned preventative maintenance and repair) Term Contract (10 years) 3. THH5593 Communal Mechanical Plant (Repairs, Maintenance, Servicing and Minor planned works) Term contract (9 Years) 4. THH5585 Fire Safety (Repairs, Maintenance, Servicing and Minor planned works) Term contract (5 years) The contracts are of significant value and duration and while we are looking for Principal Contractors who will be submitting tenders for the above, we would also like this to be a networking event where subcontractors get to meet the Principal Contractors attending. Please confirm your attendance (and numbers) at this event for catering purposes. Confirmation should be by email to serge.corti@thh.org.uk Should you have any further questions or require assistance on the day, the main contact for the day will be Serge Corti.
