The Metropolitan Borough of Sandwell is inviting quotations from providers to supply vape starter kits and associated equipment, and to provide training/guidance for drug treatment staff to initiate vaping and associated equipment on offer. The Quotation Document(s) will be made available to suppliers who Express Interest on the Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council Tendering Portal.
