Invitation to Tender for the provision of Empty Homes, Single Occupier Discount, Small Business Rates Relief and Temporary Staffing
Notice Description
Gedling Borough Council (the 'Authority') is issuing this invitation to tender ('ITT') in connection with the competitive procurement of a provider to undertake reviews of empty homes and Council Tax single occupier discounts plus the option to undertake a review of small business rates relief. The successful bidder will also be able to supply experienced Revenues / Benefits staff on a temporary "on demand" basis to provide administrative support to the Council. The contract will be for one year with the option to extend for up to four further years on a year-by-year basis. Additional information: The Authority is using the In-tend e-tendering portal to conduct the procurement process ('the e-Tendering Portal'). The e-Tendering Portal can be accessed. https://in-tendhost.co.uk/gedling/aspx/Home all communications (including submission of Tenders) should be carried out via the e-Tendering Portal.
