Both Longford Court and Suffolk court are sheltered living accommodation buildings/blocks forming part of Medway Councils housing stock, Longford Court consisting of 32 residential flats and Suffolk Court consisting of 29 residential flats. This project relates specifically to the installation of Thermostatic mixing valves, lever handled taps and mixing taps within each residential flat in accordance with the schedules provided.
