Notice Description
Supply of Musical Instruments and associated products for use in the Education Sector. Requirements include the supply of: * Percussion Assorted Product * Handheld Percussion * World Percussion * Tuned Percussion * Percussion Drums * World Percussion Instruments * Tuned instruments * Plastic Instruments * Recorders * Ocarinas * Stringed Instruments * Ukuleles and Guitars * Keyboards and Pianos * Trolleys * Cabinets * Storage * Music Stands * Electronic Equipment; Amps and cables * Audio and Studio, Recording and Equipment Mixing * Microphones, PA's and Speakers Lot 1 - Percussion Assorted Product Instrument Class Packs, including Class Packs of single types and Multi Pack, Percussion Packs, Handheld Percussion, World Percussion and Tuned Percussion Lot 2 - Tuned Percussion Instruments including Glockenspiel, Chime Bars, Steel Pans, Percussion Drums and World Percussion Lot 3 - Tuned Instruments including Plastic Instruments, Recorders, Ocarina's, Stringed Instruments, Ukuleles, Guitars, Keyboards and Piano's Lot 4 - Trolleys and Music Stands, fixed and folding and in different colours Lot 5 - Electric Equipment including Amps and Cables, Audio and Studio Recording Equipment, Mixing Equipment, Microphones, PA's and Speaker Cables Goods are for delivery to ESPO, Leicester and direct to customers. The framework agreement has the option to extend for up to a further 23 months. The total value stated includes the option period. This framework will operate on-going contract monitoring procedures following award, to ensure financial stability requirements are maintained. Credit rating checks will be carried out on a regular basis, using the credit rating agency, Creditsafe Business Solutions Limited. Any changes will be assessed (compared with a baseline credit rating score obtained at contract award stage) and significant changes or sustained degradation will be investigated. Additional information: As a Central Purchasing Body as defined in the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, the Framework Agreement is open for use by Public Bodies (defined at https://www.espo.org/amfile/file/download/file/9608/) that also fall into one of the following classifications of user throughout all administrative regions of the UK: Local Authorities; Educational Establishments (including Academies); Central Government Departments and Agencies; Police, Fire & Rescue and Coastguard Emergency Services; NHS and HSC Bodies, including Ambulance Services; Registered Charities; Registered Social Landlords; The Corporate Office of the House of Lords, The Corporate Officer of the House of Commons; or any public body established by or under the Scotland Act 1998 or any Act of the Scottish Parliament.
