Commercial Sponsorship Contract

Notice Description

The Council is seeking to engage a suitable advertising and marketing agency to administer a commercial sponsorship scheme for locations that have been identified as available or becoming available for sponsorship in the future once any existing contracts currently in place have expired. Anticipated start date of contract: 1st January 2016 Anticipated finish date of contract: 31st December 2018 (extensions could be applied to take the contract to 31st December 2020 Number of years duration: 3 + 1 + 1 Anticipated Value (often you might choose not to put this in on the advert but put a range in the short description): Last date for requesting or downloading documents: 14th October 2015 Return date for tenders: 12.00pm 02 November 2015** ** Update 01-Oct-15 Appendix C Revision 1 uploaded onto South East Business Portal - now includes quality scoring. ** ** Update 16-Oct-15 Clarification Questions and Appendix C Revision 2 uploaded onto South East Business Portal - revised due to phased implementation and now includes Pricing Matrix which needs completion. Tender closing date extended to 02-Nov-15** ** Update 21-Oct-15 Clarification Questions r3 attached. Please note the final deadline for questions is 5.00pm on the 22nd October 2015.** Additional information: Organisations must register their interest against this on the South East Business Portal in order to receive any changes or notifications issued by the Council during this tender process. The Council will not be held responsible for lack of communication to any organisation who does not register their interest.
