The Council has entered into a contract for the provision of a Committee and Decisions Management System. The system will support the full democratic governance lifecycle, enabling paperless committee working and providing both public-facing and internal functionality to enhance transparency, accessibility, and efficient decision-making. The scope of the contract includes, but is not limited to: * Committee and decision management * Report authoring, management, and approval workflows * Forward plan and work programme management * Publication of democratic information via public website and intranet The contract is for a duration of 2 years commencing 01/06/2027, with the option to extend for a further year. This contract has been awarded as a direct award via the GCA Vertical Application Solution Framework (RM6259).
