Notice Description

Medway Council is a unitary local authority located in north Kent. The Council seeks to develop 12 sites for the provision of new-built private and affordable housing throughout the Medway area. The individual projects are estimated to range in value between PS2m and PS20m with the intention that some of the affordable housing development will be sold to registered social landlords. The Council requires a comprehensive report on the financial, accounting and statutory accounting matters associated with the proposal as detailed in section 3.
