2.1 The construction of 2 x 2 bedroom bungalows with dormers and associated parking and external works, whilst keeping the new form in scale and context of the surrounding areas. The Works comprise the design and construction of new homes, complete with associated drainage and services alterations, all infrastructure, external hard and soft landscaping and the like, as noted below: Schedule of Accommodation - Dwellings for Social Rent: 1 No. 2 bedroom house @ 71m2 each 1 No. 1 bedroom house @ 61m2 each Associated footpaths, parking bays, drainage, external lighting, general external works, including fencing, new crossovers and landscaping. 1 No. bicycle storage within each rear garden. The site is an irregular shaped garage block plot between 46 and 61 Bartram Close. The site is located between 61/63 and 46/48 Bartram Close. The rear backs onto the rear gardens of Nos. 93, 95 and 97 Collingwood Road. The site is located within a predominantly residential area comprising of semi-detached two storey dwellings.
