The Ministry of Defence (MOD) Defence Digital Programme CORTISONE (Valuestream 5) invited suppliers on the Queen Elizabeth Gateshead National Procurement Framework 2021/s 001-002154 to submit a proposal for the supply of software and implementation and support services required to deliver the Healthcare Enterprise Content Management Service (HECMS). Following a competitive procurement process the MOD has awarded the contract to SynApps Solutions Limited.
