North Lincolnshire Council currently monitors a variety of Carecall equipment for approx. 3900 clients, in addition to lone workers. A requirement has been identified to upgrade the Carecall platform to resolve an issue with alarms not being appropriately recorded and to upgrade to a digital solution.
